All Family members are invited to join our thematic health awareness sessions, fitness classes, sports tournaments, races and challenges, as well as workshops by Nutritionists about eating healthier and finding a healthy weight, experts’ tips about lifestyle changes that can help you prevent disease and live healthier. Our health partners will conduct free medical testing for all HFFF visitors. Famous chefs will teach you how to prepare healthy home recipes for the whole family to cook and enjoy, add to that loads and loads of fun! universities and schools need to register through HFFF website
